Chen’s Up Vision

My mother is an artist and right now she’s going through a period where she worksmostly with a technique called lost wax process. She melts down various metals which she pours into these molds, and she creates the most amazing sculptures I’ve seen. Ilove them. And now when I gave birth to my youngest son, she had a wonderfulsculpture of a pregnant woman in the window in my bedroom and every time I see it I get a warm heart. Because I know she thought of me during my pregnancy and worried for me in the waymothers do and while she thought of me, she created the sculpture for me. I usually donot love a thing but this one I really love and I will remain with me throughout life.
